Yes, the site is safe. In my opinion, the customer service was excellent. I emailed them to see if there were extra heads available for purchase and received a reply that afternoon. I was worried that the 140 cm size would be too small, but I was wrong. I am 5’7″ tall and fairly slim. If I had gone with the larger size, I probably wouldn’t have moved my wrists so much in training because I had to be careful not to overdo it at 140 cm. It doesn’t look like much until you turn it around and bend it to try all known positions
